Prospect performance affecting development Topic

Prospect
I read something in a dev chat where a prospect's performance affects development. Having a hard time believing that. I am of the option that a bad performance is a - result of - stalled development.

Anyone have some thoughts on this?

Prospect
No one with any knowledge of the game believes an 0-4 develops a player any differently than a 4-4. The 4-4 just gives 4 other players a chance to get an AB. Which is good.
