Has anybody had success downloading yatzr's recruiting tool on a computer with Windows 10?

I can't get my computer with Windows 10 to recognize the .jar files. I followed the video--when clicking on the yatzr.jar file it opens up a Microsoft Edge page that asks if I want to download it and when I click on that--it is a blank screen. Anybody go through anything similar?

I found a jarfixit program that fixed the problems I was having. IF anyone else has this problem I can send it to you.
