I have had no luck looking for a previous post I found that ran down some statistics on how certain fielding ratings will affect (+/-) as well as errors. From what I remember here were some key takeaways:
SS - most important obviously but I can't remember the stats
2B - this post basically said that glove wasn't particularly important as long as range was high
CF - range not as important as 2b, but glove much moreso (aka when deciding between 85/85 range/glove and 90/80 put the first in CF and the second at 2b)
1B/LF - high range
RF - anything goes
3B - I forget but there were some interesting takes here
C - AA/AS underrated stats. As far as PC goes, every 10 points results in 0.1 catcher ERA difference? I don't remember this stat
