If it says 200K, that means 200K. If it is more, it should be stated. I was going with 200K from the franchise for 1930-1959. AAAs can be drafted from any team from 1940-1949 unless I am wrong about the AAAs.

I think my comment created an unnecessary debate. The players I stock my bench with carry $200K - $299,999 salaries and played for the franchise within the dedicated decade/timeline. I should have been more clear. The point I was trying to make is no one is obligated to use $200K players - you can spend (marginally) more on bench players, as long as they played for your franchise during the designated decade. I don't think this is a 'rules issue', at all. I apologize for causing a stir. I think we are all on the same page ...

As a relative newbie, how much is a AAA way below salary player...What's the most you can spend on one of these guys?...

^ You could fill up your roster with temporary fillers then you'll be able to take a look for yourself. Pitchers are under $1M, RP may have a lower limit than SP. Hitters go a little over $1.5M. there is a PA minimum.

I would like to switch to the Indians.

I made a mistake and have Mel Harder clones on my roster and cannot afford to pay the huge fine...How can I get rid of one of them...?

I'll take the 2nd Reds team. Thanks!

Yankees, please

Again, AAA can be from any team, but must be 1940-1949?

Another unanswered question. I'll have to stop working on my draft until these issues are clarified. don't want to redo everything.

Uh oh...I may have violated another rule...I drafted AAA players from any team, any year...

The rules from last season were that players of up to 250K could be selected from the decade before and the decade after the decade we're playing in, as long as they were from your franchise. We didn't have pick-your-own AAA, so all AAA players were from different decades and franchises, and I think we can make that assumption since there was no limitation in the rules.

Sorry guys, a little under the weather the last few days to update. We have time to adjust rosters so here is the update on the rules.

Players up to $250K from your franchise can be drafted from the 30's and 50's for your top 25.

Players manually drafted must be from $200K to $250K from your franchise, 1930-59.

Everyone should be able to find enough players this way.

So the main rules updates are scrubs are max $250K. And all players must be from your selected franchise.

Here's a weird one - I'm sure I'm missing something:

The Yanks have 2 pitchers under $250K in the time frame that appear in the draft center and the AAA draft list.

The Yanks have 18 hitters that appear in the draft center but none of them show up in the AAA draft center. What am I doing wrong?
