Wilkinson recruiting cycle question Topic

This is my second season in Wilkinson. I thought I remember recruiting cycles occurring every few hours but I've given out AC visits about 24 hours ago with no emails back yet. Is this right and I'm just misremembering, or should I have gotten responses back for my AC's?

The first cycle after recruiting starts lasts 24 hours. Things should be cycling now and from here on out it will be every 3 hours.
