Has anyone ever analyzed home field advantage point differential for GD?

In real world data (recent decade) college football home field advantage is roughly 4 points per game on average if the data is massaged for roughly two equal teams. In the NFL it's closer to 2 points per game. One important reason may actually be referees being biased by crowds. Maybe Whatif GD employs tough-minded e-ref's.
