There is also a process in place to move franchises, so if you wanted to move the Tigers to one of the open American League cities you could do that. The current open franchises are the Royals, Brewers, Twins, Mariners, & Blue Jays.

If you were to move the team the rules are as follows: you have a three year grace period to transition all your players from the Tigers to your new team.

1992: Maximum of 20 Detroit players eligible
1993: Maximum of 15 Detroit players eligible
1994: Maximum of 8 Detroit players eligible
1995: No remaining Detroit players

I am following this process to move the Royals to Tampa Bay a few years early so if you were to take Detroit and want to move them to one of the Western Teams we could switch the divisions of the Devil Rays and your team starting in 1992. Of course if you're a Tigers fan they have a pretty good core of players.

The 1992 Draft is pretty deep and there are quite a few teams jockeying to get guy like Piazza, Kent, etc. So if you wanted to trade the #1, I'm sure you'd get a ton of offers to choose from.

We also have an owner currently running two teams who is willing to give up the Dodgers if anyone is interested in them. They have a pretty strong 1992 Draft Class with guys like Piazza, Kent, Pedro Astacio, Roberto Hernandez, etc. Their roster is below:
