I think it's better with no injuries. I get the realism argument but to me it's all about enjoyable gameplay and I don't think injuries add a positive element.

Anything that adds to realism and forces coaches to strategize more is preferable for me...so I would love to see both Injuries and Off-field issues have a greater prevalence in the game!
