I know it cycles every 6 hours, but does anybody know when? Is it 2a-8a-2p-8p Eastern?

The cycles are 5am, 11am, 5pm, 11pm EST. Every 6 hours.

But on the even days it changes to 11AM, 5PM, 11PM, 5AM EST
