The second season of Topps has just finished and we're currently looking for owners for S3. We've had a competitive world with some really quality teams and owners. The available teams are listed below. Please contact me with interest or questions about any of the franchises. The private rules for Topps World are:

1. Minimum win rule of 55/120/190 for 1/2/3 consecutive seasons. Owners who violate this requirement are restricted from international free agent spending the following season.
2. Money included in any trade cannot exceed the salary being traded.

Available Franchises:

Tacoma (AL North)

This team is much closer to the 92 win record it posted in S1. Last season the previous owner had some issues with his pitching staff on 0(0) and the season totally unraveled. This team should easily compete for the division if a new owner can come in and keep the team well rested. The plus side of the previous woes is a protected (top 10!) draft pick.
