This IFA has great splits and outstanding control, but low durability. How many innings could I get from him per year and is he worth 25 million?

Durability 14
Stamina 71
Control 100
Left 87
Right 81
Vel 14
Gr/Fl 93
Pitches 84/68/76

My IFA budget number is only 14, so I am hoping the Durability will go up. That is wishful thinking...I know it could go down as well.

In Riley World I recently signed an IFA with similar projected splits/pitches, but his current DUR/STA at 18 yrs old is 25/42. He's pitching great, but he can only give me about four innings per start right now. I imagine by the time he gets to the bigs he'll be only about five innings, six at very most.

BTW I hate 14 DUR. If that's for real, I don't think he'll be able to pitch regularly in a five man rotation unless you keep his pitch count way down.
