its kind of sad that it took nearly 6 pages for Pink Floyd to be mentioned. The only bands mentioned herein that are worthy are: Pink Floyd, The Beatles, U2, The Who, The Rolling Stones, and Led Zep. This is coming from someone who doesnt care too much for classic rock. You have to earn the spot of 'Best Ever' over several decades, IMO.

I'm no huge Pearl Jam fan but you, sir, are an idiot. Mike McCready is an absolutely filthy guitarist. And, when Matt Cameron defected after the Soungarden breakup, they got one of the best drummers on the planet.

For f's sake. Cobain killed himself before people began to realize he was a talentless hack. And his emotion came in the form of a pill, in a glass, out of a syringe, thru a straw or via a pipe. Maybe all at once.
