Soup didn't pitch well, but with help from his defense none of those runs would've scored. He would've been out of the 1st inning with no runs in if Kendall hadn't allowed Morneau's 3rd strike to get by him, he might've been out of the 2nd without any runs if the Brewers didn't allow Gomez to get to 2nd on what should have been a single, and all 3 runs in the 3rd were unearned. I was there today (now 1-3 for the year) and most of the stadium's wrath was directed at Hall. He needs to go. Send him to AAA and call up Irribarren or someone who actually has a chance of helping this team (not Escobar, who I'd rather see get regular playing time in AAA).

Dave Bush put on DL with microtear in triceps, Mike Burns called back up from Nashville and will make start on Thursday.

Team needs a fifth starter for Saturday's game, no announcement on who that will be but Seth McClung looks like the most likely choice.
