We could... but only have 11 confirmed owners. Several owners have not responded... if we start drafting and they return, they lose their spot.

I'm with those who think it would be best to do the Draft once we hear from all last season's owners, or in another couple days if they haven't responded. I think we're much more likely to get filled that way.
