i feel like some owners have gotten either terrible(20ks) or awesome(gerry) luck when it comes to the draft order....id like to break the random drawing into either 2(1-12 and 13-24) or 3 groups(1-8, 9-16, and 17-24)...based on adp, you will be put into one of the groups and assigned a random slot from that group

thoughts?

One of the baseball progs I'm in uses this method or a slight variation with good results

I would say this is basically the exact right order for the top 9 (could quibble between Giannis and Kareem).

I like the 2 group-method. Just use total wins: the 12 guys with less wins in the previous season get to pick which pick-pool (1-12 or 13-24) they want to be in. After they're done, the top-12 fill in the remaining spots.

I thought it was interesting that since the first pick was made at 10:05 on 2/4, 37 picks have been made spanning 2.5 days. The avg pick time per person is 95 minutes, median pick time is 55 minutes.
At this pace, we will finish in another 16.6 days with a total draft time of about 19 days. I think savage 6 only took 16 days total.

Dunno if I'm horrified to add JKidd's usual FG% to DRob, or thrilled with eveything else he brings... I'll go with cautiously optimistic until I've made my next couple picks...

Kidd feels like a steal where you got him. Pretty sure I like your team the best right now

Yeah, you've checked off a ton of boxes and can add shooting later. I forgot the Admiral has such a clean game. I struggled with him in ODL but he seems like a beast in Savage

I struggled so much on my pick and went Payton. I just don't think I can build a winner around his poor shooting and TOV's. Kidd's been far more successful in this format than Payton - I couldn't convince myself to do it.
