So that's likely the 10-11 4-point usage tier 55% efg Pierce I'll be using. Makes me light on the boards but gives me 96mpg of a min 10 usage points from two guys and 10mpg left over for either the 1 or the 3. I will always have 2 of the 3 Curry/Allen/Pierce and all three for 10mpg. Going with the lower usage better shooting Pierce to keep him from stealing too many shots from the ultra-splash brothers and The Chief. Time to see if an elite efg team can overcome a weakness on the glass in this league.

Btw I drafted that Pierce in the 2nd round of ODL 40 and won 50 or so games and lost to tar in the finals. For him to last until the 5th round is insane.

prior experience w/high usage teams.
That is nothing but nonsense speculation that has no basis and I've never seen any evidence for. Switching players' positions does not change their stats (although it can change the players that play defense against them) unless you're moving them to a position where they're less than 100%.

changing position can impact % effectiveness and (possibly) defensive match-ups, that is all

Lol - ok, smokey, show us the data that proves that playing someone at SG boosts their assists and lowers their usage (or whatever it is you're claiming).

Wow, I was going to take Danny Green in the 6th. Talk about making a hard shift adjustment on the pick. Brandon Rush is ok, and it leaves me with nearly $11 million for the bench.

Would have waited on Rush as well, but then thought I'd better not. Guess there is no way to test that hypothesis without screwing up.

Looks pretty good to me, smoke. A little light on assists but you already have pretty high efg% anyway. Only question will be, how much money is left for the bench.
9/10/2014 9:30 AM
Cost is $39,335,094 for 14,444 minutes. I like to jam as many minutes into the 7 drafted players as possible. I always fill the b/c last and finish it with undrafted players. The only bump I'm looking for is on Carter and Deron will do that, otherwise bumping a 59% shooter is pointless, I'm targeting 30-32apg. I have 117% usage in these guy's, so now I'll look for some lower usage players to rotate down from 117%.  Anything over 19,450 min's is good to go...
9/10/2014 10:11 AM
I've never really gone after a high efg% team, I thought it would be some fun to try to draft one...it's about 55% efg.
9/10/2014 10:31 AM
Haha! Bird+Kobe+Cheeks+Ibaka+Tree=105.8% usage or 15pts on the "usage chart". Not to mention good overall EFG, Asst, Rb, Blocks, and stellar Defense!
