The high ast% teams will never work in the ODL\52. I do believe it could work in the SSD, but you won't see me trying it
Disagree won ODL and DH with a high assist team
Well, "high ast" means different things to different people. Having Noah on a CP3 team is not the ast% level I'm talking about. That 52 winner you had was a very balanced team.

PG: Dude won a Heisman
SG: Kawhi
SF: The Brow
PF: The Mailman
C: Deandre

Interesting lineup, uptown! Intriguing...and you still need a ton of backcourt minutes and lots of assists.

Yeah the ast% definitely needs attention, but I do like the look of that squad otherwise.

We'll see who's still available when it gets back to me in the 6th (which could drastically change my starting lineup and seasons I use) but right now this is what I'm looking at :)

PG: Manu
SG: T-Mac
SF: Crash
PF: Noah
C: Admiral

Since maglor appears to be currently unavailable, would anybody else like to critique my team?

PG: Darrell Armstrong
SG: Andre Iguodala
SF: Charles Barkley
PF: Shawn Kemp
C: Tom Boerwinkle

Yes, I already know I have a lot of fouls (I plan on incorporating the word "hack" into my team name somehow), and probably have higher turnovers than is healthy in this league, but any other likes/dislikes?

Super clean team.  Right now the TOV is 11.9 and only 862 fouls for 13969 minutes.

ELEIBOWITZ: no natural center. 112% usage. middle to lower tier rebounding. average ast%. good D. good efg%. rush really has a 2% blk rate? not one of eleibowitz's finest efforts. 44 wins

HOOPSDUDE: took Darrell Armstrong much too early. terry porter was available. iggy is a pig. best season is his 13-14 one (partial mins). backcourt stinks. will get eaten alive in this league. front court is another story. very strong. versatile. definitive skill sets. formidable. and you have a game-changer. 48 wins

SLYMONIUM: usage train. t-mac gums up the works. everybody dishes, but not like pg's. glaring ast deficiency. but this is sly, so, who knows. only drob has a 50% fg standard. this sucks, no matter how good the def is. however, abundant 3's, good ball movement to create open shots, paint and arc combos. high octane... high caliber... 53% of the time. 47 wins

UPTOWN: who the hell is the "brow"? ah, Davis. the dude plays in the slot? didn't know that. well, that makes this squad more than I thought it was at first. the "brow" at SF and the mailman. 1-2 punch in the kidneys. and Jordan in the 2nd round. this is as good a frontcourt as hoops squad. almost sick. alas, uptown comes downtown. f'ks up the guard positions. ward and kawhi do everything except dish. the downfall of this club. 42 wins.

Porter wasn't available when I picked Armstrong. I posted when I picked him that I was really hoping for KJ or Porter, so I had to settle for Armstrong.

And is Iguodala being a "pig" good or bad?
4/13/2015 9:58 AM
my bad... Derek Harper

never met a good pig. I think iggy belongs in the odl, or as a capable baqck-up in the 52. but what the hell do I know?

I don't think natural center really matters.. Yes usage may be a little high and yes Rush has a 2% block rate.  Regardless this may be a fail, but we will see.  This is a bit of an experiment
