The point is that there have only been a minute number of scattered credible reports...:key word credible.

non credible and ridiculous malicious stuff should be ridiculed and slammed and seen for what it is.

Uofa, dino, and several others here only need evidence when it's against "their" people. When it's someone else, twisted accusations and half-truths are good enough for them. The past 4 years have shown that. Man the hypocracy just keeps adding up.
What are you talking about!?!

they’re saying they have all this evidence but won’t show it to anyone or provide it in their lawsuits that they have lost over 30 times, I’m asking to see the evidence!! Goddamnit
That's the entire point dumb*ss. Never once over the last 4 years have you worried about having evidence against Trump and other Republicans before proclaiming them guilty over and over and over.

The Republican senate committee confirmed and went further than the mueller report did re: collusion. The evidence was evident in Manafort and Stone’s trials anyway.

And that has **** all to do with the supposed widespread voter fraud where I’m asking to see one piece of evidence besides the Trump supporter in PA! This is absurd.

Crapola. Dougie still hasn't learned how to do anything but post stupid memes.
I'd like an executive order from the Pres. ordering every thread starter to agree to redline EVERY meme Dougout posts.
Not any legitimate posts in English, mind you (everybody has a right to their opinion) JUST the stupid pics!

OK. I'll speak English. Let's talk 12th Amendment of the Constitution. There is a reason Hillary told Biden not to concede on election night and why Trump hasn't given a concession speech.

Under the 12th Amendment, after certification, one of the candidates MUST have a
legal majority in the electoral college...in this case 270.

The certification process is ongoing. Legal challenges are being made. States can declare the election null and void. Those electoral votes don't count. If the Trump team can keep Biden under 270....the election process moves to the House of Representatives.

The Democrats have a slim majority in the House, but that's NOT how it works. According to the Constitution there are only votes from the states. Each state gets ONE vote for President. A quick glance at our current legislative majorities would indicate 37 votes for TRUMP and 13 for Biden.

So there you have it. That's why Trump is in court. That's why we don't have a President-elect. The votes have yet to be certified. It ain't over till it's over.

That was almost as satisfying as posting a pic!

Exactly this. Trump has a very legitimate and constitutionally legal route to reelection. 1876 anyone? Is it a little shady? Hell yes. But no one has ever become a billionaire or tremendously, world-historically important in this world without a little bit of sketch on their side.

1824 Presidential Election

John Quincy Adams

Change History!
1824 interactive map

<< 1820 1828 >>

In the United States presidential election of 1824, John Quincy Adams was elected President on February 9, 1825, after the election was decided by the House of Representatives. The previous few years had seen a one-party government in the United States, as the Federalist Party had dissolved, leaving only the Democratic-Republican Party. In this election, the Democratic-Republican Party splintered as four separate candidates sought the presidency. Such splintering had not yet led to formal party organization, but later the faction led by Andrew Jackson would evolve into the Democratic Party, while the factions led by John Quincy Adams and Henry Clay would become the National Republican Party and later the Whig Party.

This election is notable for being the only time since the passage of the Twelfth Amendment in which the presidential election was decided by the House of Representatives, as no candidate received a majority of the electoral vote. This presidential election was also the only one in which the candidate receiving the most electoral votes did not become president (because a majority, not just a plurality, is required to win). It is also often said to be the first election in which the president did not win the popular vote, although the popular vote was not measured nationwide. At that time, several states did not conduct a popular vote, allowing their state legislature to choose their electors.

What trump and ghouliani have done is set fires and then say look at all that smoke.
they have yet to bring up fraud in court.
You're EXACTLY right Dino. In public, Chump, this lawyers and his rebub allies all cry 'widespread fraud_, but in COURT ,where it really matters, the lawyers tell the judge it's NOT a case involving fraud. Some idiots are just dumb and stupid enough to believe any and everything that Chump, a proven pathological liar, tells them!!
