This will be the 16th season of The Yarnell Invitational (named after Yarnell Ice Cream in Searcy, AR). As always, it'll be a 6 team round-robin tournament that'll occur in weeks 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Harding University will be the tournament host. The defending champ from the previous year is an automatic qualifier. IF YOU ARE AT OR CLOSE TO THE TOP OF THE DYNASTY RANKINGS AND INTERESTED IN PLAYING IN THIS TOURNAMENT, KEEP NON-CONF GAME #'s 5 THROUGH 9 OPEN UNTIL NOTICE THIS TOURNAMENT IS FULL.

Formal Invitations will be sent out sometime after job application period is over, but you can reply now if you plan to play in this tournament.

Incarnate Word is glad to be back in.

Is there a 1 team/conference rule?  Assuming thats why Belmont Abbey is out...didn't realize that. In any event NJ Tech is thankful to be able to accept a 3rd Yarnell bid!

It's a WIS rule. You can't play a conference team in OOC play.

Bellarmine is happy to accept but, with my youth, please reserve last place for the Knights. LOL

Bowie State will gladly return.

guess that makes sense.  just never really thought about the fact that everyone plays everyone so theres no way to schedule around it

since crashdive won the title, I'll give Bel Abbey my CVAC slot if they want it. If they don't, Longwood will take it.

@bbunch can you and crashdive work out who's going to play so I can set the schedule? We'll be able to start scheduling Saturday when recruiting starts.

I would accuse you of pulling a furry but your team looks pretty good this year.

i'll do it. pencil me in. can't handle the thought of being called a furry.
