The Bruins haven't beaten on Gimpy enough in his young life. He is about 5 years from being cynical like the rest of us.

Agreed. I used to think like he does now. When Bourque asked out was when my attitude started to change. The Thornton trade was the final nail in the coffin.

Hey, he has 8pts in 9 games since going to the Canes! Not too shabby

At least Hawks fans have a reason to hope now, Wirtz is dead.

Wow, a 3-0 lead over the Binghamton Senators. Outstanding.

How did I know you'd be on here somehow minimizing this effort?

They're shutting out Ottawa in Ottawa.

Thomas has stopped all 19 shots.

And you're on here doing what? Rooting for "your team"?

Nope, implying they're only winning due to a couple injuries to Ottawa I guess.

Yes, because the Bruins are at full strength obviously.

Pa-the-tic.

Amazing how I make 1 comment, and you somehow read ALL of that out of it. But I'm the one who has issues.
You're right, Ottawa's got "a couple of injuries". Heatley and Alfredsson, a couple of nobodies. How could Ottawa not overcome that? Ottawa's also been very undisciplined tonight. That certainly won't help when you're down 2 All-Stars.
The Bruins have put forth a decent effort thus far, but let's not pretend like they're shutting out the same team that was in the Cup Finals last year.

Jack Edwards just said that the Bruins have only had 1 good shift in the entire third period thus far. How dare he be so negative? Gonna call him out too Gimpy?
Shots in the 3rd thus far: Ottawa 11 Boston 0
1/31/2008 8:51 PM
Again, keep ******** about a win and tell me I have issues.

You obviously posted the minor league comment to be a dick despite them winning.
1/31/2008 8:57 PM
My comment was posted for a reason...and I got exactly the result I expected.
1/31/2008 9:03 PM
And yet you try and rag on me for "reading into it".

Pretty lame to want a reaction, then say I shouldn't have reacted.

What else would I expect from a self-described cynical, bitter *******?

Scoreboard reads 4-1. Period.

8-3-1 for the month. And you and others ******* about each loss.

5th place by March 1st. Then what wiseass passive aggresive idiocy will you post?
