Giannis actually is responsible for and ODL record low 11 wins so he is incorrect.

slymonium has 67 and 65 win teams back to back but never made the finals. There were no other 60 win teams this year.

The other 67 win team that did win the championship was by an owner who still plays in the ODL. His 67 win Wilt team blitzed the 61 win team led by Dwight Howard and Kawhi Leonard (owned by me, you were right) 4-1 in the conference finals before winning the chip.

I go back and forth, and it depends on the rest of your usage, but ultimately yes, I think so.
