when I saw your 15-16 Curry team I thought for sure you were gonna get a 2nd ring in World 2 to go with your 60 win 14-15 Curry championship team in World 5. Then I saw 24k's stacked team. That's the equivalent of Ben's World 3 team in Season 1 that Kinoa had to go up against in the finals. And 24k put up 58 wins in that division too, that's like 65 wins in another division.
and I don't want to overlook jcred's dreadnaught in World 4 too. with 24 owners there will always be a couple that create a championship team out of their best players regardless of their regular season standings or final rank making the playoffs a big variable. the safest bet is to try to win the regular season, which I believe is the point of the theme anyway... to put together 5 strong teams. after two seasons now it seems the two viable strategies are 1) put together 2 championship teams, or 2) get all 5 teams in the playoffs and hope to win 1 championship.
since you can't win by winning one championship alone, stacking one team isn't going to do it. you have to stack two teams. spread 225 min (which you will stretch to 240 in the playoffs) of your very best player-seasons across two teams and hope you don't run into a dreadnaught (all best players on 1 team) in the playoffs. OR if you think you had a very successful draft, then you go for 5 playoff teams and hope that one of them makes it through the minefield. if you don't think you had a strong draft, then stick with the first strategy.
that's what I would do anyway
