Business analyst, more salary--but no commission. Its with our sister company--our facilities are in the same location..and I get to keep allmy vacation time and stuff. It works out well..Been a bunch of layoffs over here, and maybe more coming. Their President used to be the President at my current company, and he recruited me for that new job. No travel--which is good for me now with the kids. Hows your job situation TM?

Ok.  Stabilized at least.  Still in the marathon training period, and will be until mid-August.  I think the job itself, I'll actually like.  The pay is laughable, but it's a foot in the door or whatever.

Yeah, at this point for me stability is key. If no kids, I could have probably find another sales job with big commission potential if Id be willing to relocate--but really I was burned out on dealing directly with the big retailers.

good for you TM-  I ran my first marathon this year.  It was a great accomplishment for me and I hope it's the same for you!
