I can't even imagine being a teammate with a guy like that. He's a beast on the field, but listening to some of his interviews, no way he's not a complete tool. I can see Bill trying to teach him the game plan and finally getting ****** off and saying "Dammit Rob...just run around a bit and stick your arms in the air. Tom will take care of the rest."
