14-- selects from nym
15-- does not pick
16-- reverses to ATL

Does 15 select a met or a brave? What if 15 reverses to minn, does 17 pick a brave or a twin?
I'd hope 15 would either have to use a WC or pick a Met.  They shouldn't be able to use a reverse card or pick from the team that was reversed to after their pick.  It could actually be to someone's benefit to miss their pick on purpose if the talent pool is low and wait till someone below them switches to a new team.
15 has to pick a Met or use WC. Can't reverse because that has to be played before anyone behind him picks. Normally in UNO, owners are not allowed to intentionally miss picks. In this example, #15 would have to pick in the Mets round before making any picks in later rounds. IOW, you can't leave a round blank to wait and see who you get in future rounds.

And now I am up. I choose to play my reverse card. We are now choosing from the New York highlanders and my choice is the master of the scuff ball, Russ Ford.

yes-  you must follow suit- a Reverse Card ONLY affects those below you in the Round

Not to nitpick but we should stick to our picking times even after a reverse unless the skipped owner has already played his wild card
8/13/2013 2:29 PM
ok i was just about to select (sorry for being late) do I select a Met or a Highlander?
8/13/2013 2:33 PM
A met
8/13/2013 2:35 PM
A met or use your WC

I disagree. Stay as Toddle themed it but I say you should not be able to use a WILD CArd if you have missed your time slot. The skipped player and his time slot should not have an advantage of seeing what has been played as far as a REVERSE card being used

otherwise owners with wild card will let their time slot pass on purpose so to see if and when a REVERSE card is used, I thought about doing it myself when my turn came up this round but then I thought that would not be playing in the spirit of the THEME or to others
