I'm not one to defend the engine, but has anyone taken into account the fact his QB was injured twice in the second quarter, and went onto throw the ball 61 times after that for 3 INT's. So, 3 of his 4 INT's came after his injury
The interceptions are trivial here tbh. I have played tons of games with my QB at "getting tired" injured and they all perform just fine. You will hurt your brain if you try and come up with any real cause and effect for how some of this engine works. I didn't lose because my injured QB threw 4 Int's...I lost because an incredible amount of events came up "tails" and I lost.
My offense scored 76 TD's in the 1st 9 games...about 8.4 per game...we scored 1 here.
6 of my 16 drives started inside my own 20...5 inside my 10.
We had 21 TO's on season going into game...they got 7 here.
We had been sacked 20 times coming into game...they got 5.
So if you wanna look for the "why's" etc...be my guest and have fun! I just think the engine has been incredibly unkind to this particular team so far. I mean...this IS my Sr. Capital monster...and we are staring at 2 losses...likely no CC...and a NC failure?
