futurekid6 said it all:  "considered the best coach in school history".  Even though its just a computer game, that label is a fun one to have.

My West Bama team in Hayes. Sim for five seasons, caught an easy schedule in the first season. I remember we got destroyed by Valdosta State in the regular season each of the first three years, but somehow beat them in the CC game the first three years as well. That first season set the tone along with scheduling easy at the start we have never missing the playoffs. Ranked #2 right now. May be open at the end of the season for anyone who wants a team in an area where recruiting a top 5-10 roster yearly takes minimal effort.

aww. that used to be my W ALA team way way back in the day when I first started playing. You've done a much better job with them than I ever did.

I love rebuilds. I did exactly what kilabe did. In Bryant, I looked for a team that was really bad and scanned their history. I was looking for a team that had never won a conference title and never even made the playoffs. I found Southwest Minnesota State. In my second season, I finished with a #44 ranking, highest in the 77-year history. By the time I made it to my 5th season, I pulled off an incredible season in which I beat three top 25 teams. I didn't win the conference but finished #28 and was selected as an 8th seed to go to the playoffs: The first playoff appearance in the 80-year history. I'm still there since I'm probably considered the greatest coach in their school history. I plan on being there for a long time.
SWMS is a hidden gem of a D-II location. Don't understand why it's not more popular. There's a few more non-obvious schools like that.

@gt_deuce definitely. Midwestern State is another.

Your Joe's squad is not to shabby either.

I for one couldn't take a team for rebuild. Unless you could find a conference with no competition, so you could get 10+ wins for 3 seasons straight, it would be a waste of money. I know $10 bucks a month isn't that much, but I guess I like to get  a little something for my money. Plus I hate losing LOL.
