"Pick five franchises. You must roster one player who played their entire career for each franchise. You must also roster two players who played for every pair of franchises."

Does a player who only appears in WIS for one franchise, but played a handful of games for other franchises, count? Do those other games have to be major league games?
Ha, good question. We will use Baseball Reference as the source of truth here. So, no, a player who only appears in WIS for one franchise but played games for others does not count. Minor league appearances will not count. Accepted major leagues only.

Note about the 130M theme: If 2018 players come out before we get started, then it will be adjusted to a range of 1951-1952

200M - Is WhatifSports park eligible? Also, clarification please on same stadium w/ different names.

Does 1951 average mean exactly 1951.00? or rounded to 1951?

$200M. Just to be clear, we draft players at their primary position designated by WiS but can use them any way we want? except for DH.
We don't have complete control over how Sparky uses the bench and this could result in some DH rule violations.,

$200M - Tremendous advantage to those drafting early. How about instead of a snake draft, reverse the draft order for all of the remaining rounds? Even that might not even things out..
$70M also a big advantage but maybe not so much at the lower cap. And the bottom tiers need all the help they can get. But that brings up the strategy of throwing a game so you finish 19th instead of 18th, etc.

I don't think there is any advantage in the 70M theme. See this thread.

I see I was in that league but don't remember it. Were the results balanced because it doesn't matter? Or because the best players were playing with a handicap?

I agree about the $200M. Relatedly, why have random divisions? Having the divisions track the draft order helps some with evening out advantages.

WIS Park is eligible. Stadium will be based on real life structure (i.e. AT&T and Pac Bell cannot both be selected). I can post a full list of stadiums before the draft

Exactly 1951

Question for the 90M theme: Are WIS seasons the standard whether a player played for a team or not? If not, is Baseball reference to be used to determine which teams a player played for?

This was already answered above. B-R is the determining resource.

I don't see the advantage in the 70M due to the low cap. I think we'll be ok there.

Valid points about the 200M. I'll switch the divisional alignment to be based on draft order, which will take care of some of the potential imbalance.

Let me do a mock draft over the weekend to see if there would be a further issue.

Is the draft order in the 200m in reverse order of points standing at the conclusion of round #1? It's not clear how the draft order is determined.
