More as an experiment but not volunteering to do so for future seasons, I came up with the draft center 2000 alpha sort of the 68 hitters and 51 pitchers who played for multiple teams. I can post or site-mail the list or someone can create their own to whoever wants to do the dirtier work of figuring out which team each player started the season with and posting in the future draft thread for all owners to compare each of their franchise selections against making sure any of their players weren't part of a trade starting with a different team. This may or may not be an exclusive task to maintaining the entire draft board, but either way both need to be done from scratch every season of this league's existence . . .

If you've already come up with the list that will be very helpful, thanks. I'll be checking back in with you about that when we get closer to go time.

Wow this got confusing... BUT, having said that I'll stay with the REDS.
I did my draft going on the "Opening day" roster, so I have P Gabe White even though he only threw 1 IP or something dumb like that.

Not sure about this "New Twist" idea , seems like a lot to police.

Good to have you back. And FYI, you still can get Gabe White. He's in the sim for both teams, but Reds have the rights.

The future real life rookies will actually be very easy to track. Each team will only have a few per season and any they don't include in their keeper lists will be available in the draft.

Also, still looking for a Draft Czar. Again, this is the person who will be responsible for creating and maintaining the available player list and the draft board.

The Draft Czar will receive a free team from me each season that they perform the duties.

When you look on Baseball reference. com if a player was on multiple teams in a season the 1st team the player played for in that season is listed first, 2nd team after that and on and on....

Yes, that is how I will verify which team owns rights to a multi-team player.
