Home runs are indeed reviewable and reversible. Immediately after they occur. Not the next day, nor a week later.

Safe/out calls are not.

Surely, even you can understand that a safe/out call at first is not going to be confused as a home run?

Or do I need to find the definition of safe, out and home run in the rule book for you?
