different player pool amerk...getting one of the top guys is a huge advantage in the ddl(and the 13-14 draft) so abbababb is necessary to balance it out

always great when the commissioner of the league wants to disregard the rules mid-draft

(not saying I don't want the draft to move as quickly as possible)
