I am going to modify the defense rule in the 90's league.  Due to the fact that there are 30 or so teams throughout much of the 90's, we are going to do defenses the same way we usually do--each franchise is exclusive, regardless of year!  

Hopefully, this might interest a few more owners to join.

OK we are full, but I am going to wait thru Xmas to see if we get any new last minute signups.  Ifnot, I will begin plans to start drafting next week.

I wanted to get past Christmas ace.  I will be setting up the draft board in the next day or two and then starting off the clock.  Going to use Friday's NY quick draw for draft order.
