Clarification question on the first rule - if something is the same stadium but just renamed, can you use all the years? For example, the Oakland Coliseum (1968-2000) and Network Associates Coliseum (2001-2020) is the same park with the same values. Would an owner need to choose one or could he combine them and use the full 1968-2020?

One more question/clarification on the ball park rule: If someone choses AAA and decides they will be SIM-generated - then these players have no season restrictions - correct?

I ask because there is a way to determine the actual player and season the fictitious minor leaguer mirrors.

Correct...if we have SIM-generated AAA, then those players just fall where they may. Will be interesting to see what AAA rules we end up with.

One more clarification please If an owner chooses County Stadium does he get both Brave (1953-1965) and Brewer (1970-2000) years?

No, a literal wording and interpretation of _jwillis's rules is that each listed park is DIFFERENT. You would have to select one or the other of those versions when entering your team - and those are the seasons you get to use.

Think of each ROW in the ballpark chart as being a separate ballpark. The seasons listed in the second COLUMN are the (only) ones you get to use.

Rule 2: No player excluding pitchers may have a range rating higher than B- at any position

And before anyone asks, What If Sports Park is listed as 1885-2007...that WILL be an eligible park (unless a subsequent owner blacklists it)...and YES 2007 is the upper bound.

I am interpreting this as cap = 100M.

Someone else still needs to decide if we have AAA. AAA does not count against salary cap in SLB.

Just weighing in to confirm contrarian’s interpretation of my intended rule. Each park as listed by WIS in the park effects chart is distinct. You get the years associated with that row of the chart and that row only.
