I assigned those that were undecided on league. Mostly out of necessity as we need to make sure that everyone can get their desired city.
If you have a big beef about alignment or league, please let me know ASAP.
The 6 that have yet to pick a city, please make sure that the city you want can fit into our alignment (or propose an alternate plan). Only 1 NL team is , 5 AL.
I tried to stay with geographical divisional rivalries and I also tried to match up owner's that are familiar with one another (e.g. from GD, from Rule V, etc.).

randall...last minute negotiations may be breaking down and the san diego franchise may be moving to tacoma washington...after researching if i switch i should be able to stay right where im at in the west...i hope this is alright...i will let you know very soon...tomorrow is rapidly approaching...

The Aroma of Tacoma should make for a nice homefield advantage. Randall and I live up here and we can tell you for a fact, it smells as bad as they say it does.
