Well as I had said previously: My one "horrid" season was from when I went away on a 17 day honeymoon cruise, I came back to find all lost arbitration cases, a team over budget with no leeway, a decimated pitching staff and 4-5 injured pitchers:-(.  As a side note on that though, I actually commish that league and told people that I wouldn't sign the #1 pick I received from that catastrophe.  Aside from that season I have made the playoffs 10+ consecutive seasons in 4 of my 5 current leagues (the fifth I have made the playoffs only the last 2 or 3 seasons I believe), should finish with .600+ records in 4 of the 5 leagues and make the playoffs with a .550ish in the other league.  Beyond that I won the WS in 2 of the 5 leagues last season so have some shiny trophies sitting there ATM.

89 completed seasons. Only 4 seasons under 70 wins, and 3 of them were in the 1st or 2nd seasons of the world. The 4th was an abandoned team in the first full season (Happy Jack). Compare that to 22 100 win seasons and 40 total seasons over 90 wins

Current teams all winning in .550-.600 range. 

Been to the world series in 4 different worlds, and considering that's how many worlds i usually play in... 

Here's what teams have done after I take them over, given 3 seasons-
Hunter - 81 wins to 113 +32 wins
Joey Belle - 16 wins to 87 wins  +61 wins
Ron Cey - 89 wins to 99 wins +10 wins
Ron Cey (taking over for deceased owner) - currently winning at +.100 (~.600) clip from opening season.
Bo Jax  - 105 wins season 3. 
Moonlight Graham - 71 wins to 89 wins +18 wins

To follow up with that in 84 completed seasons I have made the world series 12 times (despite only 4 championship), 21 100 win seasons, 43 90 win seasons and all 3 of my sub 70 win seasons were 3 of the first 5 seasons in 1 world. So simply put I am far superior to leppy! :-)

Also, I have only ever been in 7 leagues, 5 of which I am with and have been with since season one, the 6th has folded and was poorly run IMHO so I left, the 7th just wasn't the right fit after 5 seasons so I stepped aside

Can't help.   I was hoping they'd take Leinart when they passed on him to take Huff.  While he obviously isn't a NFL QB, Huff has been mostly useless.   But, with Leinart on the roster, they wouldn't have taken Russell and could have gotten Calvin Johnson or even Joe Thomas(Petersen was still out there but I liked the McFadden pick).
