No one is claiming that Jesus would support every point of the right.

What we do mean is Jesus was about people helping people. There is no evidence to say he would support food stamps.
I thought you were an atheist?
I am an Atheist.

Does that somehow prevent me from commenting on the life of Jesus?

Question for Dems:

What do the "rich" do when you raise their taxes?

What do businesses do (corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, etc.) when you raise their taxes?

What policies of Bush II "got us into this mess"?

Why have no policies of Obama "gotten us out of this mess"?

This should be good.

Hey fuckstick, the question was how are YOU worse off under Obama. Not people you know, not people you don't know. YOU, swampass, HOW ARE YOU worse off under Obama. Typical republifuck, ask a direct question and they avoid it.
So if all the people around me are suffering and I am doing ok I should vote for Obama?

If the policies of Obama are clearly against everything I stand for and are just as clearly bad for the future of America, but I have not been impacted yet I should vote for Obama?

Isnt the well being of my friends and family part of my life?

Jesus cared for the poor. Conservatives can't tolerate that.
Jesus supported Religious based charity, which the left hates.

Jesus opposed Government based programs, which the left loves.
oh please cite scripture for me so I can see where Jesus said this. Put up or admit you are just making things up.
Let me be clearer.

Jesus often spoke of giving to the poor. My quote about Caeser showed that there was a serperation between the actions of Christianity and Government. You were not supposed to disrespect them, but he clearly stated that charity was an indicidual action.

I think it shows that Jesus was in favor of individual giving. He never expressed any support for government welfare. He often told people to tithe and give to the poor.

So can you deny this?

Can you show a Jesus that likes Govenrment support and doesnt want you to support your religion or support the poor on your own?

And I stand by the left is opposed to Chrisitian based charity and supportive of Government welfare.

Again this was the same message the left put out before the 80 election.

Trickle down was bad. Reagan was out of touch. All for the rich.

And he won and created the greatest economic expansion in American history!

Do you want Carter or Reagan?

Answers for Reps:

Pay their taxes.

Pay their taxes.

Lowered taxes, raised spending.

Four more years we will be out of this mess.

This is good.

Jesus has mentioned to me on several occasions that he hates poor people that choose to stay poor

also, going from being asked to pay more than your fair share to being asked to pay your fair share is not a tax break

also-also, the above cartoon is one of the least funny things I have ever seen....no effort to find actual humor whatsoever

Republicans across the country are running away from the Ryan plan. If the Dems keep the Senate, Presidency, and get the House back, Ryan will end up being a worse pick than Palin.

1 I am going on record right now saying that of all things you mentioned the one I am guaranteeing is a Republican Senate. The numbers are too solid.

2 2nd is the white house. Obama cannot keep running on lies and fear. Eventually he will need to debate Romney and he will have to explain 4 years of misery.

3 The House is also pretty solid. Just not as sure as the senate.

This could be the 1st time in a long time that a Republican President had a decent house majority and a Senate majority.
