Yes they are in Theme Leagues titled 12 x 12.

The two drafts should represent two separate leagues. For example, those in drafting group 1 should be in the NL and those in drafting group 2 should be in the AL. I would assume random alignment within each league.

The 13 teammates cannot be any of the 24 players nominated (12 in each league).

At least one teammate must come from each of your 12 drafted players (including your nominated player). That means only one of your 12 players can bring a second teammate. This is a very underrated rule. Some of the last guys picked don't have very good teammate options.

Any of the previously blacklisted players can be used as teammates.

One of the reasons why there is a window for people to change pick their nominated player is because somebody might nominate a player who somebody else planned on using as a teammate.
