I wouldn't think so. It's about 325 or so down both lines, over 400 to center with those high minor league walls, so the homeruns aren't easy to come by. There's a ton of ground to cover in center which should translate to base hits and there's very little foul territory, so batters see extra pitches. Just by how it appears, I'd think it would be more like a +2, +1, 0, -2, -2 park.
