all of the captains are in the nl east
yes captains choose the divisions their teammates are in
Hold, on, does that mean no one can "draft" coach?  What if he ends up the last pick?

If daballcoach shows up, he becomes Captain
If Coach is drafted in the meantime, well, we'll figure it out.

coach, if he comes back soon, can still pick and be captain. otherwise he gets picked. I am going to give him until everyone has picked 4 times

So coach cannot be selected until the last round?  I would rather have some clarity and make him available now

look I hate it when people don't or can't fulfill their responsibilities but I am going to cut him some slack. lets just say after the first round he can be picked. agreed everyone
