16x16 was frustrating the first time I played but I grew to appreciate the format as unique and challenging. I think leagues that take people out of their comfort zones are a perfect fit for Round 2, as long as they are balanced out by leagues that let traditional prowess take the lead. This game has many facets.

Getting to make another pick or two would be nice.
