rooskie, he turned into a hitter later on, you cant pick him as a pitcher only..all his seasons hitter or pitcher will be able to be included (except 1st and last if he doesnt qualify for abs or INN). example- babe ruth
so it would be 1886-1901..granted he isnt a bad hitter avg wise
I donlt see that in the rules. I read them carefully. I need clarification from commish as if I misunderstood I should be able to re-pick.
*************************************************
Player RULES- (from Classifieds)
**************************************************
You must use the full player season in the year you are assigned.
First and last seasons of a player's career will be eliminated if they contain less than 400 AB, or less than 100 IP for a starting pitcher. This is according to baseball-reference.com, not ab/162 or ip/162. I do this because this is where I calculate the available seasons, etc. Starting pitcher determined by whether they have more appearances as a starter or reliever in their first or last season.
** One mulligan refresh for both a hitter and a pitcher **
YES TO DH.
NO AAA,
YES TRADES- AFTER DRAFT.
Trades …encouraged! You may have some holes to fill. Trades are only allowed after all picks are made.
