You do realize Westbrook and Harden played together before Harden was traded to Houston. Should be interesting.

that was a far different iteration of Harden - do you think this version would be willing to be a 3rd wheel coming off the bench?

(although he still does seem to choke in the clutch just like he did against the Heat way back when... sorry, couldn't help it)

All that's missing is a World Peace signing.

Houston will be interesting, but 2 guys that have thrived for years playing hero-ball?... I don't see them improving much off it. Sure, CP3 is getting close to washed, but he was still good at catch-and-pop 3s, which is what Harden needed out of the other backcourt spot. That's not a Russ strength. Houston has the talent, but both guys are going to have to change to make it work. Russ ceded a little to PG last year, but dunno if he can change enough for this.

yes, it was. Different iteration of Westbrook too. Like I said, it will be interesting to see if they can co-exist.
