All players are from the same seasons (70-71, 90-91, 10-11), but Fresh/Sophomore/Jun/Sen refers to how long YOU keep them for/have them under contract. Your first round pick is a senior and will be leaving your team in the offseason. Your second round pick is a Junior and will be on your team for one more season after this one. And then Soph in round 3 and so on.
