you can bump him up 5 or 6 more distro points. you probably have him around 25 right now. i'd say bring him up to a third of your offense. you need brewton scoring you 20 ppg this season for any success. his 3's are off as well. if you have him as a +1, i'd bump him down to a zero. with that low post rating he can back down most DIII SF's. that should increase his scoring and his 3pt percentage.... bumping up his distro means he will get doubled, but with that passing rating, i wouldnt worry too much....
as for the 100 WE guy.... he doesnt have too many improvable catagories. you always want to use 20-25 as a starting point for a rating. if its under 20, you will not get much improvement.
you have 3 options with him... scrap him (an 11 in rebounding isnt going to cut it), put most of his pratice minutes in low post and use him as an offensive weapon (could crack 80 LP by his JR season), or the biggest risk... but my recommendation.... put 7 minutes into conditioning, 10 minutes into LP, 9 min into FT's, and the rest into rebounding. with that 100 WE you could get that REB rating to 20 by the start of his Sophmore season. once it hits 20, you can get it up to around 50 by his senior year...
just a recruiting tip, always try and load up on rebounding. its probably the single most important catagory in DIII HD. If the numbers on Johnson were reversed (43 REB and 11 LP) you would be in much better shape. you can always find offense from somewhere else. but having a post player on the floor with a sub 35 REB rating kills a team.
