Hopefully WIS does not read this thread when considering changes.
Yea heaven forbid that some people can see a problem and discuss it while others only wish to flame someone.  I used to think you had a brain.  Just shows I can be wrong at times.  Badaxe,  I still don't like you.  Youre a jerk.
Another thing off my Bucket List!

Recruiting now is so easy it's a joke.
First time I played in Heisman-less than 1/3 of the teams were sims. So most of the battling was against real owners. Now the situation is reversed with at least 2/3 being sims.
First time (S4 or something like that), the team had about 5 wins in 3 seasons. This time (starting S61 or S61) I wanted a rebuild and took over a team that had been run by a sim for a while. The recruiting (without using any recruiting tools) is just to easy. If someone is having problems-then they need to changeup what they are doing.

One thing I noticed people do-is go way outside their area. To me that is a recipe for disaster. You go outside your area into someone elses area-your just begging to be slapped. Not to mention the amount of extra $ money spent if it's against a sim.

400 miles is a long way for me to go.  Probably one reason  I see more SIMs on recruits than some.  Again you all think I personally have an issue in regards to my teams.  I do not.  I can only speak of what I see and what results some things have.  I do not want or need advice on recruiting.  When I do I ask people who actually know what they're doing not here where most advice isn't the best.  I just think that the current set up is bad for the game.  We aren't getting new people even when WIS gives seasons away.  I think this has something to do with it.  Since DIII is the entry level, why not make SIMs ridiculously easy to bounce there?  Make playing them an easy win for a beginner.    Then a little harder at DII, and more so at DIAA.  At DIA I think they should be toughened up.  Maybe give them the same budget as the humans.  Have them game plan better.  I thought the whole idea of 4 Divisions was to make each more challenging.  Most of the time at DIA there is no challenge playing a SIM.  I have no problem seeing each step a little more challenging.  It would not bother me if at DIA a SIM won an NC every now and then.  Rarer at DIAA, Still rarer at DII and never at DIII.
