So the point that the Dems are spreading is "We won the presidential election so the other side whould shut up".

It doesnt really work that way.

1 There is still a major opposition party in America that in many ways is more supported.

2 Obama won and has all the power of the White House. That doesnt mean that he gets a free ride, just like none of the other Presidents did.

3 Ryan is in the House, and the Republicans won the house. Doesnt that mean he has the same obligation to lead in the house that Obama has as President?
