I will limit it to the worst 3, awarding 7, 5 and 4 respectfully...

Reference bump

On page 1, it says...

"Each owner will need to submit a $10 gift card before the league begins. If you don't submit a gift card you won't get the league # (instructions to follow)"

I couldn't find the specific GC purchase instructions. I see lots of posts on people purchasing the GC, but it would be nice to know the exact specifics. Who do I send GC to (admin or DoctorKz), what email address do I use? What should I put in the message line?
