I don't have the numbers but, despite the scare tactics of CNN and their ilk, I bet there are way more people friendly to the idea of communism (talk to someone in Gen Z, they will defend Venezuela to the hilt) than to Nazism or the Klan. It would not even be close, actually.

And I firmly disagree with your overall point; there are many, many young fascists/far-right people out there, but they are less likely to self-identify as Nazis (paleoconservative, classical liberal, identitarian, etc) Furthermore, the online space is going to favor the left; there's probably tons of fascists out in Arkansas or something that won't be online.

And we're just talking about young people; factor in the old generation and it isn't even close.

You would have a point if we were comparing Nazis to socialists/democratic socialists, but that's not really a fair comparison. If you're talking about tankies, there will be more people defending Hitler than Stalin right now.
