If you don't see why racism is a whole different level worse than prejudice than I cannot help you. Prejudice is often justified, racism never is.
just wanted to quote this for posterity. prejudice is never justified. And we are not talking about someone not eating sweet potatoes because they are alergic. Does anyone actually care who does or doesn't eat sweet potatoes (except maybe sweet potato farmers)? Everyone here knows (unless they are stupid) we are talking about prejudice against a person or group of people based on their race, religion, sexual orientation or political beliefs. That is never justified.
