Okay then. I’m pretty swamped today, but will come up with a couple of division options based on what was discussed previously in the thread. In the meantime, get those keepers in ASAP if you haven’t already.

pini, if I’d known you were on a business trip, I would have had no problem waiting. But when sitemails are unopened and I don’t hear anything, that’s when I start to wonder what’s happening. Anyway, glad you’re back.
Totally a mental lapse on my part, & I always appreciate you knowing my crazy, haha.

Sorry all, I should have simply sent a sitemail to our man Sin to let him know.

Based on Rule V historical division alignment, two options seem to make the most sense (just shifting teams in red around):

Option 1:
NL East AL East
Mets Yankees
Expos/Nats Red Sox
Pirates Blue Jays
Braves Orioles
NL Central AL Central
Cubs Tigers
Cardinals Indians
Brewers White Sox
Rays Twins
NL West AL West
Dodgers Athletics
Giants Mariners
Rockies Royals
Reds Astros

Option 2:
NL East AL East
Mets Yankees
Expos/Nats Red Sox
Pirates Blue Jays
Braves Orioles
NL Central AL Central
Cubs Tigers
Cardinals Indians
Brewers White Sox
Reds Rays
NL West AL West
Dodgers Athletics
Giants Mariners
Rockies Royals
Astros Twins

If we get to vote on this one, I like Option 2 - Reds in the NL Central and Astros in the NL West seems to make sense to me.

I like option 1 - Tigers and Twins together.

I would say option 2

I like option 1, because I grew up when the Reds and Dodgers were the biggest rivalry.

good_beef: I dare you to keep Butch Wynegar as your catcher.

If anybody wants an unbiased opinion, I like option 2... Keeps the historically AL (Twins/Rays) & NL (Astros/Reds) teams in their respective leagues

I'd prefer option 2

Option 2 makes the most sense to me, it keeps the NLC together and at least the Astros have history in the NL West? Despite that amazing franchise enjoying their greatest triumph in the AL.

Option 2. Minnesota is further west than Cincinnati and Houston has a long history in the NL the Rays don't.

Oh I did send in my keepers as well

I also like option two. Looks like I have all the keepers and will post early tomorrow morning.

Correction. Need one more set of keepers, and there was a problem with one keeper another owner sent. Both have been sitemailed.
